The Senior E-commerce Specialist is responsible for managing and driving performance across multiple UK-based online marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, TikTok, and other e-commerce platforms.
This role requires strong hands-on execution combined with a solid understanding of marketplace operations, performance drivers, and platform workflows. The candidate will also lead a team of 4–5 members, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations, clear task ownership, and timely execution.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple initiatives while maintaining platform compliance and delivering consistent growth.
Key Responsibilities
Marketplace & Platform Management:
- Manage daily operations across multiple marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, TikTok, etc.)
- Ensure listings, pricing, and promotions are accurate and optimized
- Maintain compliance with platform policies and guidelines
Advertising & Promotions:
- Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns
- Drive promotional strategies aligned with sales targets
Sales Performance & Analysis:
- Track KPIs, analyze performance, and identify growth opportunities
- Conduct competitor and market research to stay ahead
Platform Operations & Understanding:
- Strong working knowledge of Seller Central / Seller Hub and similar tools
- Manage listings, cataloging, and product launches efficiently
- Oversee returns, claims, and customer experience processes
Team Management (3–4 Members):
- Lead and supervise a small team with clear delegation of tasks
- Ensure timely execution of daily operations and projects
- Support training and development of team members
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years in e-commerce marketplace management
- Platform Knowledge: Good understanding of multiple marketplace dashboards and workflows
- Advertising: Basic knowledge of PPC and platform advertising tools
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data and take actionable decisions
- Team Handling: Experience managing or mentoring small teams preferred
- Execution: Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

1:30 PM – 10:30 PM (November – March)
